These are beautiful hammered copper cups. They have a decent thickness so they don't feel cheap, and I have left them uncovered for over a month and there is no sign of oxidation yet.The cops do not have handles, so you need to be careful with the shiny surface getting fingerprints or becoming dirty from repeated handling. The cups are copper, so hand washing is definitely preferred over the dishwasher.The finish is much better on the outside than the inside, without much polish on the inside of the cup. In addition, the copper is all one thickness so that at the base of the cup near the bottom, there is an area which is very hard to clean as it follows the shape of the base leaving a little ridge inside the cup. Because the inside is not polished smooth, any sticky drinks that would not rinse out and need to be scrubbed are more difficult to get out properly.
