RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Copper Life, we want you to love your wellness experience. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in original packaging (including the branded gift box)
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is fine)
- Item must not show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at support@copperlifestore.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the reason for return
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
4. Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@copperlifestore.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Copper Tongue Scrapers (once unwrapped from sanitary packaging)
- Copper Dry Brush (once removed from packaging)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-engraved products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Unopened, unused versions of the above items in original packaging ARE eligible for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
- If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item): We pay for return shipping
- If your return is for any other reason (changed mind, wrong color, didn't like it): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
EXCHANGES
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to:
1. Return your original item using the steps above
2. Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures the item you want is reserved for you and ships immediately, without waiting for your return to arrive.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation within 2 business days letting you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
If your refund hasn't appeared within 15 business days after approval, contact us at support@copperlifestore.com and we'll help track it down.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@copperlifestore.com
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at support@copperlifestore.com within 1 hour of placing your order — we ship fast, so the window is short.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it following our standard 30-day return policy after delivery.
