SHIPPING POLICY

At Copper Life, we know you're excited to start your wellness journey. We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible from our USA warehouse so you can begin enjoying the benefits of pure copper drinkware right away.
ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships.
WHERE WE SHIP
Copper Life currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do not currently ship internationally.
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders ship from our USA warehouse in Wyoming via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $6.99
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $75 and above
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@copperlifestore.com.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $75 or more (after any discounts, before tax). The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Copper Life is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Copper Life is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Contact your local post office or carrier
3. Wait 48 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly early
4. If still missing, contact us at support@copperlifestore.com and we'll do our best to help
DAMAGED ITEMS
We carefully package every Copper Life product to ensure safe arrival. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@copperlifestore.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
HOLIDAY AND SALE DELAYS
During major holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) and large promotional events, processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–2 business days due to high order volume. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email or website notice.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to make a change to your order (address update, item swap, cancellation), please email us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@copperlifestore.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
